To allow all requests to be bundled and tracked at a central location, we have introduced our own ticket system, our “audatis MANAGER SUPPORT CENTER”. This is where you can find the knowledge database with extensive additional information, videos and assistance in case of problems:

You can naturally also open a ticket for individual enquiries in which you enter your questions or concerns. We will then forward this to the responsible employee for processing and you automatically receive an e-mailed response as soon as the ticket is being processed. We can also assign all further communication to your ticket, which allows us to respond to your request more quickly and reliably.
